Industrial Automation

Industrial control, sized to the plant you actually run.

SCADA, DCS, servo and motion, robotics, industrial IoT and AI-assisted monitoring — specified, installed and commissioned for plants and facilities across South Africa.

What we do

SCADA and supervisory control

Plant-wide visibility on one screen: live process values, alarms that reach the right person, and historical data you can actually interrogate when something goes wrong.

DCS and process control

Distributed control for continuous processes, with control loops tuned to the plant rather than left on factory defaults.

Servo and motion control

Precision positioning and synchronised motion for production lines, packaging and material handling.

Robotics and automated handling

Pick-and-place, palletising and repetitive handling tasks, integrated with the line rather than bolted alongside it.

Industrial IoT and remote monitoring

Sensors and gateways that put runtime, consumption and condition data where your maintenance and production teams can see it, on site or remotely.

AI-assisted monitoring

Pattern detection on the data you are already collecting — flagging drift and early failure indicators before they become downtime.

How it works

  1. Plant assessment — we walk the process with your engineering and maintenance people and establish what exists, what fails, and what it costs you when it does.
  2. Scope and design — control philosophy, I/O, panel layouts and network architecture documented before anything is ordered.
  3. Written quote — phased where it can be, so upgrades fit around planned shutdowns.
  4. Build and commission — panels built, installed, and commissioned with your team present rather than handed over cold.
  5. Handover and support — documentation, training and support arrangements agreed in writing.

What happens if it fails?

  • Manual and local control retained where the process demands it. Automation should not remove an operator’s ability to intervene.
  • Alarms that reach a person, not just a screen nobody is watching at 2am.
  • Documented recovery — your team is left knowing what to do, with drawings that match what is actually installed.
  • Support arrangements agreed upfront, in writing, before you depend on them.
