The problem

Curtains that get done twice a day by whoever remembers. Blinds in a double-volume window nobody can reach without a ladder. Rooms that cook all afternoon because nothing was closed while the house was empty. And cords hanging where small children can reach them.

What we install

• Motorised curtain rails — fitted to your existing curtains in most cases, with quiet motors that will not wake anyone.
• Motorised blinds — roller, venetian and vertical, mains or rechargeable battery depending on what the window allows.
• Sunrise and sunset schedules — they adjust through the year on their own, so the routine keeps working in December and in June.
• Scene control — everything closed for movie night or bedtime with one tap, alongside your lighting.
• Hard-to-reach windows — stairwells, double volumes and high clerestory windows that were never practical to operate by hand.
• Away mode — blinds and curtains that keep moving on a normal pattern while the house is empty.

How it works

1. Site visit — we measure your windows, look at your existing rails and check whether there is power near each one. This determines mains versus battery.
2. Design — what gets motorised, what it will be controlled by and where any new power points need to go.
3. Written quote — per window, so you can do the living areas now and bedrooms later.
4. Installation — rails and motors fitted, limits set, schedules programmed.
5. Handover — app set up and shown to you. Phone and WhatsApp support during business hours, Monday to Friday.

Wall remotes go up level. Every time.

What happens if it fails?

• Manual override on every motor. A curtain can always be moved by hand or from its own wall control.
• Schedules run on the motor or the hub, so a sunset close still happens with the internet down.
• Load-shedding — battery motors are unaffected. Mains motors resume and hold their positions and schedules.
• Low-battery warnings well before a battery motor stops, and most recharge in place without coming down.

Common questions

Can you use my existing curtains?
In most cases yes — we change the rail, not the curtains. We confirm on the site visit.

Do you need to run power to each window?
Not always. Rechargeable battery motors avoid it where running a cable would mean chasing walls. We will tell you which windows suit which option.

How loud are they?
Quiet enough for a bedroom. If a motor would wake you, it has been badly chosen.

Can they work with my lights on one scene?
Yes, that is the point of doing them as one system. See smart lighting.

What about very wide or very heavy curtains?
Motors are specified to the weight and span. Tell us the widths and we will size it properly.
