RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

(Self-Installation Purchases)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. POLICY SCOPE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This policy applies only<\/strong> to products purchased from Mazzy Automations that are installed by the client or a third party not appointed by Mazzy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Products installed by Mazzy are covered under separate installation and warranty terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Products may be returned within 7 (seven) calendar days<\/strong> of purchase only if<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The product is unused<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The product is not installed<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The product is in original packaging<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • All accessories, manuals, and components are included<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Proof of purchase is provided<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Mazzy reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The following items cannot be returned or refunded<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Products that have been installed or partially installed<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Software-activated, paired, or registered devices<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Custom-ordered or special-order items<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Products damaged due to incorrect installation, wiring, or configuration<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Clearance or discounted items marked \u201cnon-returnable\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \n\n\n\n

      4. RETURNS DUE TO INCORRECT PURCHASE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Mazzy is not responsible<\/strong> for returns arising from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Incorrect product selection<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Compatibility issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Client misunderstanding of functionality<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Network, Wi-Fi, or power limitations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Clients are encouraged to request pre-purchase guidance<\/strong> before ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        5. FAULTY PRODUCTS (MANUFACTURER WARRANTY)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        If a product is found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • The product will be assessed under the manufacturer\u2019s warranty<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Mazzy may repair, replace, or send the product for manufacturer evaluation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • No refunds are issued until fault verification is completed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Damage caused by incorrect installation is not considered a manufacturing fault<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          6. REFUNDS & RESTOCKING FEES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          • Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7\u201310 business days<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Refunds are issued using the original payment method<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Installation fees, delivery fees, and service charges are non-refundable<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            7. SHIPPING & HANDLING<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Mazzy is not responsible for damage during return shipping<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Products must be securely packaged for return<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
              \n\n\n\n

              8. NO LIABILITY FOR SELF-INSTALLATION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              Mazzy Automations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                \n
              • Does not guarantee performance of products installed by third parties<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Is not liable for damage to property, devices, or systems caused by incorrect installation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Provides support guidance only where explicitly agreed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                \n\n\n\n

                9. RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                Mazzy reserves the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                • Refuse any return that does not meet this policy<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Reject items that pose safety, compliance, or reputational risk<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Update this policy without prior notice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
