Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days (R200.00)
- Express Delivery: 1-3 business days (R400.00)
- Priority Delivery: Same-day delivery (R300.00)
- International Delivery: 7-14 business days (rates vary depending on location)

We deliver to all major cities and towns in South Africa
International Delivery
We ship worldwide. International delivery rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to track the status of your delivery.
Delivery Schedule
Our delivery schedule is as follows:
- Orders placed before 12pm (CAT) will be shipped same-day
- Orders placed after 12pm (CAT) will be shipped next business day
Delivery Restrictions
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes or military bases.
Failed Deliveries
In the event of a failed delivery, we’ll attempt to contact you to rearrange delivery. If we’re unable to contact you, your order will be returned to our warehouse.
Return Policy
