Welcome to Mazzy Automations! These Terms and Conditions outline the policies governing purchases and installations of products from our website. By placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms below.
- Purchases and Orders
1.1. All products purchased via our website must be paid for in full before processing.
1.2. Once payment is received, orders can be processed for collection or delivery as selected by the customer.
1.3. Delivery fees are calculated separately and will be reflected at checkout.
- Installations
2.1. Installation fees are charged separately from the product price and are not included in the purchase cost.
2.2. Mazzy Automations will only provide installation services if the installation fee is paid in advance.
2.3. Customers who choose not to pay for installation accept full responsibility for their own installation. Mazzy Automations will not guide, assist, or be liable for any damages caused by misconfigurations or faulty installations performed by unauthorized individuals.
2.4. Installation fees vary based on:
- Location:Travel costs and accessibility of the site.
- Scope of Work:Complexity and size of the installation project.
2.5. Installation appointments will be scheduled after payment is confirmed.
- Collections and Deliveries
3.1. Customers opting for collection are required to pick up their orders from our designated location during business hours.
3.2. Delivery services will be carried out to the address provided at checkout. Mazzy Automations is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers.
3.3. Customers must inspect products upon collection or delivery to ensure they are in good condition.
- Guarantees and Warranties
4.1. Products purchased from Mazzy Automations are covered by the guarantee or warranty provided by the respective manufacturer.
4.2. Separate agreements will be issued for different products to specify their unique warranty or guarantee terms for customer convenience.
4.3. Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer under their terms. Mazzy Automations will assist with the claim process where applicable.
- Liability
5.1. Mazzy Automations is not liable for:
- Damages caused by improper installation if performed by the customer or third parties.
- Issues arising from misconfigurations or misuse of products.
- Disputes regarding manufacturer or supplier terms of warranty or guarantee.
5.2. Customers agree to assume full responsibility for their actions or third-party actions when installation is performed without Mazzy Automations’ services.
- Payment and Refunds
6.1. Payment for products, delivery, and installation fees must be made in full at the time of purchase or as agreed.
6.2. Refunds are subject to manufacturer and supplier policies and will not include installation or delivery fees once services have been rendered.
- Cancellations and Returns
7.1. Cancellations must be made prior to the processing of the order.
7.2. Returns are accepted only in accordance with the manufacturer or supplier’s return policy. Restocking fees may apply.
7.3. Products that have been installed or misused are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act and any applicable regulations.

- Full Home Automation Systems
10.1. Clients interested in a full home automation system are strongly advised to contact Mazzy Automations before placing an order.
10.2. To ensure the system fits seamlessly into the design and meets specific requirements, Mazzy Automations can deploy technicians to conduct a site visit.
10.3. During the site visit, our team will:
- Assess the site.
- Take precise measurements.
- Provide professional recommendations.
10.4. This assessment allows us to deliver a more informed and accurate quotation, reducing the risk of purchasing items that may not fit or work within the intended design.
10.5. Site visits are subject to a separate fee, which will be communicated during the booking process.
