Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

This Refunds and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from Mazzy Automations, whether you bought them online, over the phone, or by any other means.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order, but cancellations are only accepted before the order has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it will be subject to the returns policy outlined below.

To Exercise the Right to Cancel

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel an order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

 

Returns of Defective Products

  • Clients have the right to return defective products within 7 working days of receiving the item.
  • To initiate a return for a defective product, please contact us immediately upon discovering the defect.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, with all its original packaging, parts, and documentation.
  • Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 General Returns (Including Wrong Order or Color)

  • If you wish to return a product for reasons such as receiving the wrong order, wrong color, or other non-defect related issues, these returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the receipt date.
  • To initiate a general return, please contact us with details of the issue (e.g., wrong order, incorrect color) and include your order information.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all its original packaging, parts, and documentation.
  • Place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail it to the address provided by us.
  • You will be responsible for all return shipping charges for general returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and documented delivery.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund if the return is approved.
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method and may take several days to process, depending on your card issuer or payment provider’s policies.

Exchanges

In the case where you would like to exchange a product, the same terms as returns apply. The new item will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personal care items
